Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. we cannot offer refund/exchange unless item/s is faulty
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you purchase multiple products or a Gift Set, and only a selected amount of items are damaged you will be refunded the exact monetary value for damaged products and not for everything purchased unless everything is damaged.
*Please note, we will not refund because customer thought personalisation was engraved, all personalisation is made with vinyl and is stated in description*
*in very rare occasions customer may receive a damaged vinyl, an exchange will immediately be issued.*
*Calligraphy personalisation is only available for those who email us a clear Image of the calligraphy they are after, if the photo is not clear we cannot use it as our machine will not pickup the font. If calligraphy is requested in notes section and have not sent an email with a photo of the font, we will try find a calligraphy, not all names have clear images of calligraphy therefore if we cannot find one, regular font will be used*
